How we handle your information

Listening Conversation signups

We collect your name, email, the perspective you bring to youth sports, your sport or connection, how you heard about YSLP, and optionally your organization and a short description of what you'd like to share. We use this only to contact you about a possible Listening Conversation. Submitting the form is not consent to take part, be recorded, be quoted, or receive marketing email — those permissions are requested separately. This form is for adults only.

Beta Interest List

We collect your name, email, organization, role, organization type, location, sports, approximate size, and season timing. We use this only to contact you about beta opportunities. Joining does not add you to any newsletter.

Seasonal Signals™

Seasonal Signals subscriptions are handled on a separate subscription page. When you follow a Seasonal Signals link, you leave the YSLP website and provide your subscription information directly to that external subscription platform, whose own privacy policy applies. YSLP does not collect or store Seasonal Signals subscriber information on this website. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every message.

Where your form information is kept

Information from the Listening Conversation and Beta Interest forms is securely transferred to and retained in YSLP's private Google Workspace environment, accessible only to authorized GLB Impact Consulting, LLC accounts. It is not kept on this website after it has been transferred.

How long we keep it

YSLP retains Listening Conversation and beta-interest submissions for up to 24 months from the date they are submitted, unless the information is still needed for an active relationship or the individual requests deletion sooner.

Protecting the forms

Limited technical information may be processed temporarily to protect the forms from spam and misuse.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or rent your information.
• We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or nonessential cookies on this site.
• We don't publish anything you submit through these forms.

Your choices

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete your information at any time by emailing youthsports@glbconsults.com.
