Who is building it
YSLP is a project of GLB Impact Consulting, LLC. It's being built founder-led and step by step — starting with listening, so what comes next is shaped by the people it's meant to serve.
How we're approaching it
- Listen first, and learn from people across youth sports
- Protect participants and ask for permission clearly
- Be honest about what YSLP can and can't show
Looking further ahead
Over time, YSLP may grow to include tools such as ClubFactor™, StayFactor™, and the Culture Intelligence Coach™. These are not current offerings. They will be developed only as customer learning, product evidence, measurement, and responsible-use requirements support them.
